July - October 2015
Program promotion and awareness campaign.
October 2, 2015

Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours.  Companies will receive an invoice via email within 10 days of registration.  Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. This is the last day to withdraw from the program without having to pay the withdraw fee.

October 7, 2015

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email address for survey distribution.  The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is October 9 (online option only).

Deadline to submit customization requests (optional).

Deadline to submit requests for alternate language surveys (if applicable).

October 9, 2015

Deadline to submit your company’s list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).

October 9, 2015

A Web link for the Best Companies Group employer questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

October 16, 2015
Paper versions of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are mailed to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only). 
October 23, 2015
Completed employer questionnaires (EQ) are due.
October 30, 2015

Online version of the employee survey is sent via email (online option only). 

November 4, 2015

Deadline for all paper versions of the employee survey (paper option only).

November 13, 2015 Deadline for all online versions of the employee survey (online option only).

Late December 2015

Best Companies Group prepares and issues congratulatory and non-winner letters to the participants. 
January 2016 The Employee Feedback Reports are sent to participating companies.
 May 2016 The "Best Companies to Work for in New York” rankings will be announced at a gala event.  The winners will also be featured in a statewide publication.
